Return and Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

• The Customer may contact us at [email address or customer service phone] if they wish to cancel their order before it is shipped.

• Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled; in this case, the return process applies.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Right of Return)

• From the date of receipt of the product Within 14 (fourteen) days has the right to return it without any justification.

3. Return Conditions

• The product to be returned must be unused, unpackaged and complete with the invoice.

• The box, packaging, accessories and gift items, if any, must be sent with the return.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (unless otherwise stated).

4. Return Process

• No later than after the product return reaches the Seller Within 14 days payment is refunded via the payment method used by the buyer at the time of ordering.

• The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by banks and payment providers.

5. Defective or Faulty Products
