ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  1. The buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product without any justification and without penalty.

  2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to make a written notification to the Seller within this period.

  4. The product returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal must be sent complete with its packaging, invoice and all accessories.

ARTICLE 6 - RETURN CONDITIONS

  1. In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Seller shall carry out the return transaction within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product in the same way as the Buyer has paid.

  2. In the return of the product, the shipping cost belongs to the Buyer.

ARTICLE 7 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In disputes that may arise from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees in the Buyer's settlement or the place where the product is purchased within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Commerce every year; In cases exceeding the limits, Consumer Courts are authorized.

ARTICLE 8 - EFFECTIVE
